  Needed an upgrade for our phone. I wanted to keep it local so I passed on an upgrade when I was up north and came here. They gave me a quote for our lines AND an extra device claiming our bill would not change significantly. Fast forward about a month and our phone bill changed huge. Not in one time fees or anything like that. But our monthly bill went up by over $100. I was not expecting to be perfect, but not $100. Come to find out, their quotes don't include any insurance costs (what I was expecting) or any contract fees from other lines (what I felt should be in the quotes). I felt like I was mislead and lied to in order to make the sale. Now that my new bill has arrived, I'm conveniently passed the return policy date. I try to keep my shopping local, but I will now be taking any of my cell phone business elsewhere.
